At Catapult Mentoring Group, we are dedicated to guiding youth from the 6th grade to young adults.
Our mission is to help young men, adolescents starting at 6th grade to young adults up to age twenty-three, navigate the challenges of juvenile delinquency through structured support and mentoring.
CMG M2M Curriculum Overview
This 8-week micro-learning curriculum is designed for the North Carolina Central University (NCCU) Sophomore Year Experience.
CMG uses a daily "Mentor-to-Mentee" (M2M) text message format to deliver quick, actionable "How-To" guides that help students beat the sophomore slump, navigate Eagle territory, and build professional habits.
TARGET AUDIENCE: NCCU Sophomores (30–59 credit hours)
FORMAT: Daily automated SMS script exchange M2M (Mentor push text + Mentee immediate action takeaway)
TONE: Supportive, direct, culturally relevant, and Eagles-focused ("Truth and Service").
