These terms ensure a productive and secure environment for both mentors and mentees, emphasizing that the program does provide professional therapy, teaching, alongside supervision. Key Elements of Terms and Conditions for Catapult Mentoring Group: 

  • Expectations and Goals:Clearly define the purpose of the mentoring relationship, the desired outcomes for the mentee, and the roles and responsibilities of both the mentor and mentee. 
  • Timing and Duration of Meetings:Outline the expected frequency, duration, and method of meetings (in-person, virtual, phone, email) and the overall length of the mentoring relationship. 
  • Confidentiality:Establish clear protocols for maintaining the privacy of discussions and information shared between the mentor and mentee, often aligning with professional standards.
